Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and
click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping
cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and
you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy
your order. We accept credit & debit card payment. Your order will
be converted into your own currency. You may also send your credit card
information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet in email form.

Shipping And Handling
All orders are subject to shipping charge. This will be added to your
order when you check out.
If you request additional shipping or handling these charges will be added at processing your order before dispatched to you.
Delivery Schedule
We will dispatch your order to you in 1-2 business days. Please keep in
mind postage times. We will give postage times to you on check out. If
you chose express postage we will send you a tracking number and a web
site address of the carrier. You can then check the location / status
of your order.

If any item is not in stock your order may be delayed, We will email /
phone you to let you know this.
How do I know my order has been received
You will receive a confirmation email listing the items you have ordered
and the details you have provided. You will also receive an email when
we ship your order.
Credit Card Security
There are no cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over
the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when
the order is placed. This will be indicated by a small padlock or key
at the bottom of your screen. They are not held by us or in any clear
text on any web site. We will not disclose any information you have supplied
to us to any one else.

We do not disclose any information to third parties. Cookies are used
on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your
shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Videos / D.V.D's
All VHS videos are BETA formatted (US Region). If you need a PAL video
VHS videos formatted we can order it in for you this takes about 7 working
days to do so, email us
for more information. All DVD's are Multi Region.

Returns
You may exchange items in perfect condition. The customer must bear the
cost of all return shipping. If we send you the wrong item we will credit
you back with the cost of the return postage (This has to be the wrong
item on the order that you placed).
If you are returning an item for any reason other than the wrong item sent, you may return it for a refund once the item is in its orignal condition. **PLEASE NOTE: there will be a 15% Restocking fee plus the price of original shipping.**
If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, contact our customer service department in U.S.A. or Ireland. Please have your invoice / order number when you call.
- All claims for shortages,
damages, etc., must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
- No cash refunds.
- All returns subject to a 15%
restocking charge in addition to freight and charges.
- All unclaimed or refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking charge,
in addition to freight and charges.
- No returns will be accepted by our warehouse without a valid return authorization number issued by your customer service representative.
- Defective merchandise must return to us with a piece of tape indicating the location of the flaw.
- Irish Dancing Store reserves the right to change any of the above policies and procedures at any time without prior notice.
Returned Checks
Unfortunately, we receive an occasional NSF check. If this happens, we simply charge you what the bank charges us - $39.00.
